Introducing the Jumbo Caribbean Hammock Chair — one of the largest hanging hammock chairs on the market.
Some days you just need somewhere to disappear to. Sink into the Jumbo Caribbean Hammock Chair and the whole chair opens up around you — a 55-inch spreader bar spreading wide across your shoulders, no edges pressing in, nothing to squeeze into. It's the largest hammock chair we make, and the first thing you notice is how much room there is to simply let go.
The bed is woven in our signature micro-weave, a weave so fine and close that it cradles you evenly from head to toe. No knots digging into your back. No pressure points to shift away from. And there's enough of it that you don't have to sit up straight and dangle your feet — gather the extra material under your legs, put your feet up, and stretch out full length. It stops being a chair and becomes the place you nap.
You can relax completely, because everything holding you is overbuilt on purpose. Every connection point runs through a jumbo stainless steel ring instead of ordinary hardware, and 36 heavy end cords carry the load together.
Measure your ceiling before you order. Plan on 9 feet or more from the anchor point to the floor so the seat hangs at a comfortable height with room for hanging hardware. Under 8.5 feet and you'll be dragging your feet.
How it's made
Every bed is hand woven by a single weaver, working at home, using a technique passed down through generations of net makers. Each finished bed comes back to us for quality control and finishing — the wood, the end cords, the clew knot, the rings. It's slow, and it uses roughly ten times the rope of an ordinary hammock chair. That's the whole reason it feels the way it does.

The JUMBO Caribbean Hammock Chair is the largest and most comfortable hammock chair available. It has a weight capacity of 300 lbs. The wood spreader bar is 55 inches wide, providing a massive amount of shoulder room and a spacious feeling. The seat material will stretch to almost 7 feet long, making it large enough to be comfortable for just about anyone.
The secret to the unsurpassed comfort of the Jumbo Caribbean Hammock Chair is our micro-weave bed. The Jumbo Chair is more closely woven than our Large Chair making it even more comfortable. We use over ten times as much cord as a typical rope hammock chair, spreading your weight over a much larger surface area. The micro-weave will stretch and flex around you, making a perfect pocket of comfort and also opening up for air circulation.
Each Jumbo Caribbean Hammock Chair is a work of art, lovingly hand woven, taking about 12 hours to complete. Our all-woman workforce has years of experience and knows exactly how to make a perfectly balanced hammock chair.
We use soft-spun polyester cords, tropical hardwood spreader bars coated with marine varnish, and stainless steel hardware to make our hammocks weatherproof so you can leave them outdoors for the entire hammock season. Please store indoors for wintertime.
Hanging the Jumbo Caribbean Hammock Chair is very easy. All you need is a sturdy hanging point 8.5 feet high or higher. We have a couple of suspension kits that will assist you, If you are hanging from a ceiling joist or dimensional lumber we highly recommend our spring swivel kit, or if you are hanging from a tree branch it could be as simple as a length of rope and a 3 inch s-hook. Its easy but if you have doubts of concerns give us a call on 305-293-0008 and we can talk you through it.

I accidentally ordered one hammock instead of two. I placed another order immediately and realized my first order didn’t include the promo hanging kit. I emailed customer service and a real person (Justin) got back to me same day. Justin was able to get the hanging kit added to my order and have them bundled for same delivery date so I didn’t have to track 2 separate orders. The hammocks arrived nicely packaged and as advertised. We were able to hang them easily and start enjoying them immediately! These hammocks are sturdy and at 6’2 I find them very comfy. 10/10!

This chair is so comfortable. That is all you need to know. Just buy it. I didn’t need any of the hardware in the box because I hung it from a tree branch on a set up I created decades ago and I have used it every non rainy day since then. It a gloriously relaxing.
