We cannot offer 1 day shipping at this time. Most orders may take up to 1 week to ship. Orders containing large items, such as the Wood Arc Hammock Stand or Double Kooala Chair, may take up to 2 weeks to ship. Orders ship via UPS Ground. Once an order ships, it will take about another 3-5 business days to arrive assuming no delays on UPS's part.

Where Do We Ship To?

We currently can only ship orders within the continental United States and we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

How Fast Will My Package Get To Me?

We want to get your hammock to you as soon as possible! Here's a quick rundown:

• Most orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern Time will ship out the same day!
• Orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern Time will usually ship on the next business day (Monday to Friday).
• Orders placed after 2.00 pm Eastern Time on Friday will Ship the following Monday
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can keep a close eye on your delivery

How Long Will It Take To Get To Me?

We currently offer shipping through UPS Ground.

Once your order ships, UPS Ground typically takes 3-5 business days to deliver.
