Where Do We Ship To?

We currently can only ship orders within the continental United States and we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

How Fast Will My Package Get To Me?

We want to get your hammock to you as soon as possible! Here's a quick rundown:

• Some orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern Time will ship out the same day!
• Orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern Time will usually ship on the next business day (Monday to Friday).
• Orders placed after 2.00 pm Eastern Time on Friday will ship the following Monday
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can keep a close eye on your delivery.

How Long Will It Take To Get To Me?

UPS is our preferred shipping partner, so most orders will ship via UPS Ground. Though on occasion we may ship an order via FedEx.

Unfortunately, we can't give you an exact answer here since it depends on how far you live from our warehouse in Eastern Tennessee.

Once your order ships, UPS Ground typically takes 3-5 business days to deliver. FedEx takes 1-5 days to deliver.
