This guide provides simple steps to help you hang and enjoy your hammock anywhere. Remember, hanging a Mayan hammock isn't an exact science — where there's a will, there's a way!

Getting Into a Mayan Hammock

1. Sit with your back to the hammock, as if sitting in a chair.
2. Reach behind you to spread out the hammock before sitting.
3. Sit down and lean back. Never climb in feet first.

Getting Out of a Mayan Hammock

1. Swing your legs over the side and sit up.
2. Hold the edges of the hammock and push yourself up to stand.

Finding the Perfect Angle
